Our Team
The people behind your order
Princess Tent Company is run by a small, dedicated team with one focus: helping parents, grandparents and gift buyers pick a play tent from plain facts. That means the maker's own size and material on every product page, and a plain note where the maker says nothing. We keep the range tidy and the service personal.
When you email us, a real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No call centres and no scripts, just straight answers about a tent, your order or your delivery.
Princess Tent Company is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd (Tax ID 0765554000332).
